Keith began his career as a registered nurse, and that people‑first perspective still guides his work today. With more than 25 years in healthcare, insurance, and employee benefits, he’s built a reputation for making a complicated industry feel clear and approachable.
In 2020, he completed his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation through Dalhousie University, strengthening the technical side of his expertise. Since then, he’s helped modernize benefits programs for more than 500 clients, always with a focus on what matters most: supporting employees, managing costs responsibly, and helping businesses feel confident in the plans they offer.
Keith combines deep industry knowledge with a genuine desire to help, creating benefits programs that people actually value.
