Keith Malkin loves group benefits — seriously. After starting his career as a registered nurse, he carried that “people first” mindset straight into the world of employee benefits, where he’s spent more than 25 years helping businesses make sense of a confusing industry.
He earned his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation in 2020, which basically means he went deep into the technical side of benefits, so his clients don’t have to. Since then, he’s helped over 500 organizations modernize their plans, cut through the noise, and feel good about what they’re offering their teams.
Keith’s superpower is taking something complicated and turning it into something clear, practical, and genuinely useful. He knows the industry inside out, but he never forgets that benefits are ultimately about people — and making their lives a little easier.
